I "bought" xPackage lifetime, but after ALL finished, everything was fine on paypal, i clicked the confirmation link from x22 i got this :

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.


the error code is : 10417
It says that the transaction cannot complete :/

No, brazil
EDIT: It says "The customer must return to PayPal to select new funding sources."
Probably some problem with the credit card, strange, i'll check it
and the error code changed also : 10422

Hm, because some Russians have the same error as yours.
Try paying another time or from another PayPal account

I don't have another paypal account, so this means the transaction completely doesn't worked? becouse i don't want to try to buy it again and have to pay 240€ :S

The funds are not taken if the payment fails (if you get an error message like that the payment has failed). You can keep trying, or contact PayPal.

There is any chance of this being a bug and will work if i try again? or it will most probably fail again?

I'll probably try to buy it again today, good luck to me :rockon:
BTW do you think it might be becouse my e-mail on paypal is different from my e-mail here? or becouse maybe my IP is detected as a VPN?

Your registered email here doesn't have to match that of your PayPal. Your VPN could be the issue. You could just use one of the other payment methods such as Click and Buy or PaySafeCard.

I REALLY would love to use PaySafeCard, but unfortunately they don't sell it here, and i don't have a click an buy account, so i'll try again with paypal, if it doesn't works i wait untill the end of the year when i'm going to travel so i buy paysafecard on united states, lol xD
BTW i don't have a VPN, but maybe brazilian IP gets detected as VPN or something? not sure was just a thing that could have happened.
