Payment Problem - Click&Buy

Hey, i got a question. I've ordered the MW3 Radar 4.0 with Click&Buy but i can't download the client... In my Click&Buy Account it says that the Payment was successful. But i didn't receive an email from x22 is that usual? I have bought the MW3 Radar 6 days ago. Thank you!

Are you sure that the payment status on click&buy is already on completed?

No but it was written off my bank account.

Thats the problem, as long as the status on click&buy is not completed, the money is not on x22's account and we cant give you the forum access

That is not usual. The email gets sent by PayPal/Click and Buy so make sure to check your spam folder, otherwise just change your PayPal/Click and Buy email, so it ends up going to that email address (only if you keep experiencing problems).

No i don't mean the Mail from C&B, but the Mail from x22.

We don't send you an email to confirm the payment. Read my previous message. However i just saw that your payment went through and is processing. It can take up to 7 working days.
