Hello, I plan on buying the xRadar for APB, but I have 2 questions before buying it:
- Does it work on APB: Reloaded?
- Is there any difference between the Russian and European version of it? (I am playing on the European version)

2.Russian is UNDETECTED and Europe got some problem with the DETECTION .

They are working on it, but for now they are only selling it for the russian APB.

We are only selling the APB:RU (Russian version) which is undetected. It also includes the US/EU versions however they are detected, and thus not advertised for sale. If you don't care about being banned and want to rage, you are able to do that.

Though be carefull when you also got a legit account because they can link them (rage and legit accounts) through registry, hwid, ip, etc

So, I want to buy this, I really do... but If I buy the russian version now ( Since its summer discounts) for life. Do I get the european version at once its out? (I am buying xInstanthook not xRadar) Also will the XInstanthook release at the same time as the radar? Or are they seperate?

All versions are included. They won't be sold separately, so yes if you buy it now, the other versions will be included, however the US/EU version is detected currently, which is why we are not promoting it for sale.
