I cant reach into my VIP-Section

I just have a problem which I had also in the past....
I formated my Computer and would like to download x22...
I'm a Lifetime user of CSS-Cheats(InstantHook) but cant get access to my VIP
Section...
With that Reason I'm not able to download the newest x22-client ....
Everytime I try to open a Thread in the VIP section I get this Message :
