why my lifetime account banned?

my account waRz1ck is banned..
when i log in it says that i am banned and its says "you are not a good frauder Date the ban will be lifted: Never"

i payed 65 euro. and it reaaly sucks. i can't contact the admins or staffs....

if i can speak/talk with them i can say the pass..

But he would have come back already back then if he was really interesting in his account.

so he tried to buy someone elses xclient, and he got scammed, so now he's acting like its his account and trying to appeal the ban.
