banned for no reason? (cant pm staff & no support section)

hello my account hackstar got lifetime banned for no reason i just bought bf3 instant hook for 3 months 2-3days ago.

i looked for a support but x22 dosent seem to have any and i cant pm staff and i wasnt abel to find a other way to contact.

To prevent any leaks x22 system auto bans users who using such programs.

well the problem is that i havent been warned in any way and the programm was running in background didnt use it or something.
is there a chance to get unbanned?
and if no do i get refund cuz rlly. i didnt pay for 3months to have the hack 3 days cuz of a agressiv bann system.
