Payment Error

Alright, I've been trying for close to a hour now to purchase the lifetime pack instead of just my TF2 xInstaHook.

I have a problem though...

I go to purchase and sign in with my PayPal account.
It works.
It then says I need to confirm my call and will not be able to purchase this and asks if I would like to return to the seller's site.

The thing is, my credit card is confirmed though..... I don't know what to do.

I'm tried Google and can't find anything related to my problem.

Make sure your account is verified, otherwise you can use Click and Buy or PaySafeCard.

I don't understand though, it didn't do this my last purchase.

EDIT: It finally worked randomly. :S
