Can i play on it with ut3instahook ?

No it is not proof for any other anti cheat!!

ESL proof is for CSS, and x-ray is for the CoD series. ;)

No, the UT3 xInstantHook doesn't support xray, aequitas or other 3rd party anti-cheat tools.
