Question about APB hack.

I was thinking of buying the APB hack from x22 xInstanthook.
But It says Russian version only. Can Someone explain this to me, if its possible for me to use this? OR if there are an english versiou out there?
I livei n Europe, Norway.

The ABP:R hacks are for the russian game version only atm.. We have some problems with the EA/NA version of the game.
