Was wondering what leagues is it approved what does it bypass, also if i buy it now how long does it take until i can use it.

How long it takes also depends on your payment methods, if you use Click and Buy with a bank account, or and debit card, it can possibly take as long as 7 days, otherwise it should be instant. Once the payment is complete, it takes an hour to fully use the cheat.

so if i use credit card its instant?
also with anti cheats that are supported do i need to load the cheat a certain way for it to be undetected, or certain procedure or just normal.

credit card with PayPal is definitely instant payment. Yes and all that can be found in the VIP section for that cheat.
