This has been confirmed by both Riot and hackers so many times in the past, but your client does not receive packets with character locations of characters you can not see currently. Everything is handled server side. This is why a maphack in LoL is impossible.

it is an amazing game and hacks shoulden't be created for it.

there is map hacks already but riot ban every people that even try to do anything to the game
