Payment error? HWID Reset

I buyed the Hardware ID reset and when i click the link on my mail i get this.

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

You can verify your paypal account or lets say, the bank account/credit card on it. Sometimes paypal rejects payments if its not verified.

Try click&buy instead. They accept more CCs than paypal

You didn't waste the money, they were not taken from your account unless the payment was accepted.

what is the transaction number? You'll get charged only if there are no errors. Else you can't be charged...
