and what is the problem? please refund my 7€ and give me hwid reset..

Contact your bank, they should authorize the payment. If that doesn't work, use another payment method.

AS i said several times, when an error occures, we can't recieve any money. If paypal charged you, contact them because we didn't get the money (an error happened).

And? The payment failed. x22 can't do anything, because he didn't received
the money. Contact your payment processor...
