Css - Cant see sprays! HELP

Hey guys, I can't see sprays in css ;(. I've tried to reinstall the game and notings happens please help me! ;(

so i FINALLY found out after way too much research why i couldn't see sprays in counter-strike source. i always thought it was because of steam cloud.

r_decals and mp_decals aren't the solution.. it is now..

but why do you want to see sprays?
you controll your mind much better without see alot of ass and boobs on the wall

I cant find the folder? I just wanna see sprays....
