Does xRadar 4.0 work in every computer

I'm thinking about buiyng xRadar 4.0 for CS:S... but i am afraid that the cheat doesn't work in my computer...

How can i be sure that the cheat runs perfectly in my computer before buiyng it?

But they are compatible with every computer..
