Yeah unfortunately they did... the only way to keep track on it is making multiple channels (a channel for every site)...

Cause his old one got deleted and then all his vids were down. Now only a few vids would get deleted

If he adds a disclaimer, not sure exactly what it is something that talks about fair use etc etc game companyes can't take his videos down.

They can take it down. Also my videos got deleted even with that disclaimer of fair use, and some other videos from other people.

EA got access to delete any clip they wont since THEY own the copyright of the material

If not Google make some EA says when it is about their clips so can they sue google for taking their copyright

I have to say... I got struck pretty hard this time... had no strikes at all... had 3 strikes at once in 1 day without even knowing what hit me at first... only noticed my account was closed after I've ran through the copyright pages from youtube.
