Calculations also depend on your cpu... good combination of a high-end graphics card and cpu will improve your overall performance in games and will give your aimbot a boost depending on the system you're running at this moment.

Note:
If you already get 250-333 fps you won't see any difference whatsoever.

The more FPS the better, but it won't make your aimbot faster in many or any games for that matter (you can see an slight improvement in CSS, not in APB for example). You most likely won't even notice it unless you are getting 500+. Your FPS isn't only related to your graphics card (Ping matters a lot more than FPS). I would not recommend you update your graphics card for the sole reason of having a faster aimbot, because you will be disappointed.
