Paypal not working

I purchased a month of MW3 x22InstantHook and done it through paypal, but once i confirm the order it tells me to confirm a email they sent to a email that was shutdown many many years ago. So i can not fully finalize the purchase and not use the service of x22. Can someone give me a hand? Would be really appreciated. Thanks guys!

Lol, it is easy to change the Email @ PayPal. I also have
a PayPal account. If you don't click the confirmation link, the
payment will fail.

I tried it once and i had to move funds from bank to bank (as far as i can remember) and it took quite a few days) Tell me how you changed your email? Out of curiosity

Ok i got it wrong, it wasnt paypal it was x22, so now how would i change it so they email the finalization to my working email instead of one which has been down for years now?
