Paypal Payment sucessful but no cheats?

Hello mates, i dont want to be impatient, but heres my problem. also i hope im in the right section of the forum. I bought the xpackage lifetime for 120€ yesterday around 23:00 MESZ or 11pm MESZ. the payment was sucessful according to paypal, which means that the 120€ left my account and were transferred. Paypal shows me that its done with the payment. i waited 2 hours, and checked. nothing happened. i then went to sleep as i didnt want to bother you guys with it and i thought it might be unlocked by the time i get up. Now, at 07:16 MESZ or 07:16 AM MESZ, it still shows me as member, not as customer and the xclient tells me that the username is invalid. the transaction ID is [deleted now]. ill attach a screenshot, but unfortunately its in german. i just want to provide as much information as possible. but i think the transaction ID should be enough. still, for any german speaking admin, there is the screenshot as attachment. Thanks in advance.

You should delete that picture because everybody 'saw' you Transaction ID.

I don't even see that any payment was made. Make sure you have clicked on the confirmation email otherwise the payment fails.

i did click it, should i click it again or any other instructions? i checked my bank account, the money has ben rremoved.

Try to contact your payment processor regarding it, because as i said i don't even see it which would mean the funds should still remain with you.

okay im going to use paypals conflict thing. if you receive a message that i claimed that i didnt receive my goods, dont worry, if theres something wrong paypal will message me. that will sort out the problem i guess ^^

Actually the transaction is pending. Which means that you only have to wait. Paypal randomly blocks some transactions during 24h to apply several fraud checks.
This is your case.

Either it'll be accepted then your account will be activated correctly. Either they'll refund you.

ahhh thanks for the information. i didnt write this conflict thing. i just wrote a normal email asking them, but now that i got the info ill just wait ^^ thank you very much for the support which was outstanding as usually.
