Need help with buying

Can an admin tell me exactly what the problem is? I have checked all my paypal info and site info and it all matches as far as i can tell. Thank you in advance.

Contact your bank, and tell them to allow the payment.

Your paypal account might need to be verified.

We don't accept funds manually. It has to be done through our automated system. If you have issues make sure your account is verified and that your bank/credit card company is allowing the payment, otherwise you might have to let them know. You can also use either Click and Buy or PaySafeCard.

Try to use a different browser. You can also ask the PayPal service and mentioned the site or company where you have problems.
