[GER] HWID Change nach pc nueinstallation

Hey ich soll fuer einen Kollegen fragen (da er sein acc namen nicht auswendig kennt und wir an nem anderen PC sind also ist es nciht gespeichert), ob wenn man den PC neu afsetzt z.B. von Windows 7 auf Windows xP ... (was er vor hat).
muesste er dann nochmal HWID change kaufen?

(Admins nicht wgeen IP wundern bin im Urlaub in Ksaachstan)

eh Want to reset his pc i mean it so, to get from win 7 to win xp he would have then a new HWID

Only if you delete the HDD or if you change something at your partitions. And you should re-install Windows with the same DVD.
