And whats up with the bitch at the right? Every goddamn signature that you made had this image of this "woman" and she looks ugly.
So maybe if you delete all except the Text it wont burn so much in my eyes

Font is win, is too large overall (steals focus unappropriately - it's like a flash ad). Beyond that the rest is just unappealing.
