so im gonna buy a sub but i need to know is HWID change free if you have 32bit os with 3gb ram because i saw one thread where soulstar said to one guy who had 4gb ram then it will cost 7e so how is it with 3gb ram?

You have to pay for a hwid if you change your operation system. That means you have to pay if you change from vista to 7. However you don't have to pay if you are just reinstalling your stuff on the same computer - unless you make changes to your OS. If you get a new computer you'll have to get a reset too.

You usually dont need to pay if you switch between vista and 7. You need to pay if you switch between 32 and 64bit

I highly doubt that. Vista and 7 are almost the same regarding that. I know that it shouldnt happen, cause I know what the HWID consists of.

Why set up a new topic since my question is similar. When I have a crack windows copy and re-install it receives new ,,the product ID". Do I have to buy HWID?

No idea, you are using an "illegal copy" of windows and whatever changes those have compared to a legit copy can make a difference. xClient will let you know if you have to pay or not.

ok one last question... How long does it take to be working again if i buy hwid change?

I had to buy a new hwid yesterday and it was instant.

Follow the intructions on the screen, log back into the xclient and you are good to go.

It depends on if the payment is done instantly or not. The HWID will be always instant when the payment is done
