Payment through paypal not processing?!

I've tried to pay for x22 Radar cod4 for 1 month via paypal..
after completing the payment i check my email to verify and after clicking the link this comes up..


"A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method. "


Does this mean the money has definitely not been taken off my account? cause i want to try it again and dont want to be charged twice.

Also im paying through paypal with my debit card and not through my e-wallet. Could this be the problem?

Yes that does mean that the payment has failed. Make sure your bank/credit card company allows the payment and that you enter the correct billing details. Also make sure your account is verified. Otherwise you can use another payment method such as Click and Buy or PaySafeCard.
