Well I've used xInstantHook for BF3 since it's release. The amount of amusement out of it I've had has been legendary. The main pros of it are that it's highly user friendly and configurable, especially if you want to appear legit. If you want to rage it's equally usable and very accurate.
The cons of the aimbot are that there is no vehicle aimbot as of right now, no aiming on people in vehicles, there's no compensation for bipod use (mitigated by no breath hack), no compensation for silencers as well as a lack of auto aim for rocket launchers.
If you intend to play as a recon, assault or support then the aimbot is nearly impossible to beat. If you play as an engineer however you'll have a very rough time.
Overall I'd rate xInstantHook 8/10 with it needing some work regarding vehicles.
