It's xray proof and of course pb ss proof.
And No, you can see the hack on demos, you can only see if s.o. is aiming thru walls.

yes its xray proof, both processes and screenshots
does not show in demos (just don't make it obvious that you are cheating), it'll show if you record with fraps, xfire, etc
