Why did you use Twixtor ? You should've used velocity instead, which is smoother when used on a video with a high enough framerate.

No, I was joking.. Of course I am seriously. Twixtor makes those weird blurred slow-motion effect. Velocity doesn't when used properly.

you can fix the warping with twixtor. just disable re-sample and tick maintain aspect ratio, but you also need a framerate above 59.94.
