Buying via paypal

Hello i'm 15 year old, and i have 90€ on my Paypal, but i saw on the forum that the account as to be verified for paying. Is it true ? Because i don't have visa or credit cards.

verified account doesnt mean u have a credit card on it i think cause i can pay with my paypal on x22 without credit card on it :)

Back when I paid, my PayPal wasn't verified. I had my credit card attached and that's it, I purchased and within thirty seconds I was activated.

In my case, I didn't have to wait 30-60 minutes before getting to use the cheat (Do not ask me why, I could just log in instantly, and yes it was first purchase here back then..)
But normally, when you've been activated you will have to wait 30-60 minutes, before you're actually able to use the hack, as the xClient and forum information must synchronize.

Edit: No, you can't BUY a PaySafeCard with PayPal, but you can go to a store and buy a PaySafeCard with cash, and then purchase the whatever cheat and for whatever time you want, with the PaySafeCard.

Go to some gas station buy a paysafecard with real greens (money rofl) en pay with that also gives direct access instead waiting days

We only accept store bought PaySafeCards, not any online versions. As for PayPal, i think you have to have a verified account to even proceed with the payment.

you dont need to verify your paypalaccout because you have already 90€ on it.
you just need to verify your account if you have 0€ on your paypal-account but lets say 1.000€ on your bank so you buy hacks for 90€ even if you have 0€ on your paypalaccount then they will book your money from your bank so you will still have 0€ on your paypal but 910€ on your bank :D if you have already money on your paypalacc you dont need to verify your account
