if i buy the cheat x22 can "pause" my hack subscription on the 30th juli ? and activate it again if im back ? is that possible ?

We will not pause any subscription. The only thing we do is extend subscriptions if something is wrong with the cheats or if the cheats need an update. In this case, nothing can be done for you.
