Cant buy?

Hello!

So I decided to buy Instanthook for BF3, its been working before since ive had instanthook for bf3, mw3 and cod4.
But now at the " Payment confirmation " I get this error: A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

I got this around 2 weeks ago but I thought it was temporary as it said, anyone know that that means? (im using paypal)

And yes, im 100% sure that I have money on my card. Is there a fix for this or do I have to use another payment method?

No, I've just tried paypal with my un-verified card on it so far
