xClient no Permission

Heute hab ich meinen Computer neu aufgesetzt.
Nun habe ich alles wieder installiert.
Jetzt ist das Problem, dass ich nicht den xClient downloaden kann.
Ich habe nicht die Rechte um das aufzurufen.
