Detection history ?

Hello i found this in the thread about detection history :

I saw that the game get detected after 1 year each time or something like that. But how to know if the cheat is detected when i'm playing ? Does the game automatically close and warn us that the cheat is detected ? Or nothing prevent us, and we must constantly watch the forum for being a little bit more sure ?

We check for VAC Updates and if it updated, the game will crash.
