2 cheats with 1 paypal account

my friend and I are going to buy x22 instanthook, but i have no paypal. So is it allowed that he buy his cheat and my one too, with the same paypal account?

And a little second question: I heard something about IP changes, but can I play at home and at my mate too? Because I am sometimes at my mate, and there we want to use the cheat of course :D So is this a problem, because I will have another IP at him as at home.

Yes, your friend can pay for your cheat too.
And if you are living near your friend ~50km it shouldn't be a problem with your ip.

It's no exact 50km. But if it's only 10km the ip range(81.46.xx.xx for example) shouldn't change to much.

And what can I do, if the IP is changed too much? Because I want to play with my mate of course, because I am about 3-10 days/month at him, and there we both want to use the x22, when we buy it. So before we buy the cheat, we want to be shure, that this works.

I don't think that it will be a problem. Only if you change your pc and ip at the same time.

If you and your mate have the cheat, it won't be a problem to play at his home with your pc with your account.

It can only be used on one pc. The ip address does not matter. If you bring your pc to his house and play, the cheats should work fine. You cannot use the cheat on his pc, if you bought it for your pc.

Can't I show an admin or anyone the bill's of my Desktop PC and my Laptop? Because then they see that both is mine, because I only bought the Laptop for playing css on LAN's and at my mate. And when I can't use x22 at the laptop, i won't use the laptop anymore :(. Can I do anything except buying a second x22 hack?
