although my account isn't verified yet, i have enough balance in my paypal account, still failed to make the payment, what's wrong with your payment gateway?
error message:The payment can not be completed, yet to be debited for payment from your account.For more information, please contact your business.

i really dont like stupid paypal, too many problems, i can pay via payza, solidtrust pay or LR, instant transfer, Do you accept these methods? i'd like to buy lifetime package

Are you running a business paypal account? That could be the problem, otherwise you still need to be verified even if you want to use your balance.

We only accept PayPal, Click and Buy, or PaySafeCard.

The same goes for you, make sure your account is verified, otherwise just use Click and Buy or PaySafeCard.

Anyways, they reject you now. Paypal Express has some more security measures than the normal payapl. There isnt much we can do
