Hi, Im italian and i would like to have a VIP card for buy a APB hack, but i dont enter in the "request a vip card" page, why?

Your are not even a customer. You cant have a VIP card.

It usually takes 1 - 2 Hours for the xClient to sync the Data.

You can download the xClient here : http://shop.x22cheats.com/showthread.php?t=44524

If you get the error : "Username Incorrect" , you need to wait 1 - 2 Hours to let the xClient sync the Data. When you are a Customer you can login with your details.

1-2 hours? lol its 5 min to 1 hour
