Where the hell do you guys find these mathces/servers that don't kick/ban you in two seconds!

I would say it is a matter of luck.

You can't guess if there is a [good] Server Admin or a seperat Anti Cheat which detects Speedhack etc.

And there is also a Namechanger function for these events.

Go on gametracker.com and search for CS:GO Server in your country
then search for Server with the most Player, If you find one look the Server Rank,
if the Server Rank is 2000+ its most likely a noobserver xD
Then you click on this Server and look at the Servervariables.
If you cant find "smac_version 1.*.*.*" then you wont get Auto-Banned.
When you have luck the Admins are too stupid and can only Ban with Name ;)
(Namechanger will solve this problem)
