wow i didnīt know that pb is that evil !! do they really scan you pc??

Real-time scanning of memory, a feature also prominent in many programs, by placing a PunkBuster Client on players' computers searching for known hacks/cheats using a built-in database

I'm actually surprised, probably it is because of my lack of knowledgeable but I thought their way of detecting you was if you aim at something too fast or have different colors on your gaming screen (ex: the ESP and etc) or something similar...

Seriously, every good AC has to scan the memory
Just because they scan the memory that does not mean they scan your PC. In the memory are the cheats and some game files etc. They need to check them.

Most, if not all anti-cheats scan your memory. That is the standard. In the past PB used to be a lot worse, it even scanned for files, registry, etc.
