Best way to get refferrals?

I'm having troubles getting refferals! Can someone help me or give me some advice?

I have a youtube channel, Pretty obvious name and spam my refferal link in the description.

Post your video links on other forums, only thing i can think of right now. Be creative in how you spread it.
