No, he/she can rage as much as they want. Ban Candy is no more and VAC don't ban on reports.

My time on Mw3 and i've only EVER raged since the release and only lost one key from BanCandy.

So do these hacks work on live? Do they go on a jump drive? I can't seem to find any info on how to load these so I'm curious to hear from players who use them. Send me your gamertag and I'll friend request you so I can see first hand if this is legit or not. No, I'm not a live spy and I won't report you and you can delete me after I check out a game or two with the hack running. Just seems like more and more players are doing this now and it's time to even the playing field!
