1.What is the possibility of getting VAC-Banned from using x22 (I use 64 bit if it helps in anyway)
2.How good is the legit settings for leagues like ESEA and CEVO?

x22 doesn't support ESEA nor CEVO.

css has been undetected for over a year, and x22 hasen't had that much detections in VAC at all. So you should be safe for awhile.

But there is always the risk in cheating.
