Yes, PBBans announced that they will enforce "EA Bans", which means that if you get banned in one game, you'll be banned in another one.
So you should use a different account for each of your games.

if have in 1 acc. (same e-mail login) BF3 & BF:BC2 if I get ban in BF3, then BF:BC2 is banned too?

If i get a PB ban in medal of hnor warfighter not from evenbalance how ever, will i be still able to play battlefield 3 normaly without problems on every ranked server with punkbuster?

Pbban is a plugin, EvenBalance is punkbuster the official anti-cheat for bf3

If u get a ban in bf3 then u dont get a ban in MOH WF..

because if u get an GLOBALBAN i mean overall pb ban then yes..

Noooo.....
Evenbalance/PunkBuster(PB)= BF3
PBB/PBBans/= BF3 too ...but not on all Servers...its the decision of the Server owner to install PBBans on his Server!
MoHW will get this Option too... so when you are banned on PBBans you can play BF3 and MoHW but not on Servers who have installed PBBans...

i am using same account i get band in bf3=GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN i don't have a any problem :)

x22 only mentioned that PBBans said something like that. So far, they never enforced such a thing. You won't have to worry about being PB banned, only banned on servers streaming to PBBans, which so far hasn't happened for the same GUID. I would not worry about it at all if i was you.

so I was banned in BF3 at the time I had already purchased MoH WF. WF played fine in single player mode, but when i try to connect to a server in multiplayer it just kickes me back to the multiplayr screen. would I simply make a new origin account and re purchase it....?

it would begin to load then just kick me back with no reason etc. Im a bit concerned that if they banned my GUID then I couldnt do anything
