MoHW second monitor buggy

Hey guys, just have a question and i thought that you maybe can help me. If I play MoHW, my second monitor gets black or frozen and I need the second monitor. Someone have a idea to fix this?

mine does this when i play bf3, i find alt tabing a few times makes the second screen display again :D
