The user "KlunkarN" on this forum, offered me a full package hack for MW3, when i payed him , he removed me from skype, and i got no hack, please ban him .

Most likely not, it's your own problem if you buy an account. A). It's forbidden and B). you can fake that datas too.

Of course it is aswell, but chatlogs of skype, steam, icq etc. can be faked easily, so there's no proof possible.
