hey issues with payment

I tried getting x22 for mw3 and didnt realize i didnt have money in my account. i cleared everything up and im still not able to buy says funds wont go thorught and return to merchant. I was using paypal express. I have money in my account and its linked to my bank and im still getting the same error. could it be because i tried too many times or something. Help would be appreciated

yes its been verified used it to buy online before it says


This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged please contact your merchant for more info

we are not able to process your payment using pay pal account at this time please return to merchangts website and try using a diffferent method

is this a issue on my end between paypal and my bank or something that your website might block out after so many tries to buy or something like that

It is definitely an issue on your end. You should try contacting PayPal.
