Hardware ID reset payment help?

Went to buy a Hardware ID change and I get this message in the email payment confirmation:



A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10422
Reason: Customer must choose new funding sources.
Additional: The customer must return to PayPal to select new funding sources.

I haven't seen this error message before, make sure you have a verified account. I guess you should add a debit/credit or bank account if you are missing one of those.
