Why don't you use steam guard?

Steam guard is just a fake sense of security.
If I could get someone's password to steam, what stops me from getting the password to his email.

ONTOPIC:
OP and his friends should stop downloading public cheats or cracked cheats from youtube.

if you have different passwords on Steam and e-mail, you can't be hacked if Steam Guard is Enabled.

Enjoy your fake sense of security.
Also, please process the text you see before typing a stupid reply.

Thanks in advance.

steam guard is usefull..

It is useful for people who can't keep their passwords to themselves lmao.
Gabe even showed this by publicly sharing his password. But this is the only case in which it offers any form of protection.
It doesn't save you from real threats.

its basically not. since something like password "hacking" isn't really possible, at least not with the .exe you can download from youtube, you have to be infected if someone gets your password. and like theone said, if he gets your steampassword, its of course easy for him to get your email password too. the only real security you can get it to buy every of your games in a real store and keep the packages + cdkeys. with that you will be able to retake your account at any time.

Since this thread leads to nothing...Closed.

How about using a tablet for mails only instead of the PC with a different password? Just to mention 1 thing to prevent your mail from getting hacked.
