It's possible to pay using the "normal" paypal instead of paypal express? It's a long story but basically i've been blacklisted from paypal express but not the "normal" paypal. It's not really a problem for me, because i'll probably get a PSC.

Paypal Express = Paypal .
Doesn't matter if is Paypal Express or Paypal because they are the same

I do not have a paypal account and i am not willing to create one anytime soon.

In my local area they don't sell PSC anymore >_>

Then get a Click and Buy account or drive to another store which sells PSCs. :D

Your only options to purchase the cheat are PayPal, Click and Buy, or PaySafeCard. You need to decide yourself which payment method you want to do.
