Wrong, Have you ever heard of JTAG's / RGH's? Well you can run unsigned code on them currently I am aware of no patches for them but if there are you could possibly be seeing an increase on "XP" Lobbies etc..

the only cheats I know for conosle is to buy an adapter and hook your keyboard and mouse to the console....can be biught on amazon for like 80 euros :)
