Help with payment

I got a problem with payment, everytime i try to pay i got this error:

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

What does it mean? O.o
I got the amount of 10€ inside my credit card, so i have enough money to pay that.
So what i have to do? :(

You should to try an alternative payment, PSC you should use

with your 10euro buy a PSC at 10euro and buy the cheat with the PSC you will recieve
