Cant access private forums

just bought 3 month css radar hack about 2 hours ago but it still lists me as a member and not a customer and it wont let me access the VIP forum so i can download the client. is there something else i need to do to get access? the payment went through and everything so i have no clue what the problem is. thanks

well my payment went through i got the confirmation in my email and a automated PM saying i should have access to the forum...i dont see why i still dont have access
